<p>PURPOSE: A system for configuring and operating a user interface by using a touch screen and a method thereof are provided to offer information and advertisements which are customized for each user environment in consideration of the user interface. CONSTITUTION: A system for operating a user interface by using a touch screen comprises the following steps. A user selects a service provided by the user interface and receives detailed information and payment information for the selected information. A card terminal(202) transmits the payment information after the information is provided. The order and payment are performed based on a signature by the touch screen.
