The fitting has carrier plates fitted on an underground (35), and a fastening device for fastening on the underground. Claws (40a, 41a) engage into a recess (17) at a narrow side (18) of a base plate (13a). The claws has a support section distant from the carrier plates and an engagement section (45) distant from the support section and running parallel to an upper side of the carrier plates. The engagement section is engaged into the recess of the base plate. The carrier plates have supports or a support region for fitting on the underground. An independent claim is also included for a method for production of a holder fitting.
