PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction structure of a decorating floor material with good appearance, which can cover a layered part of a waterproof sheet and another waterproof sheet existing at the lower end of an erected wall, and a drainage channel formed along the erected wall at a lower cost without using a bracket or a covering water cutoff member. SOLUTION: The construction structure of the decorating floor material includes a first decorating floor material 1a laid on a floor surface 31 to form a decorating floor 2, and a second decorating floor material 1b arranged along the erected wall 32 so that the lower end of the erected wall 32 may be covered with its lower face side facing the erected wall 32. The second decorating floor material 1b and the first decorating floor material 1a arranged adjacently to the second decorating floor material 1b are connected and fixed to each other by the intermediary of a connecting metal 5a in a manner that male fitting parts 12 respectively arranged on both of the decorating floor materials 1a, 1b are fitted into fitting holes 53 formed in the connecting metal 5a.
