PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To warn a driver at optimum timing in a driving support apparatus for warn the driver of approach of other vehicles that are likely to collide with a vehicle of the driver. SOLUTION: A detection part 14 detects occurrence of an incident of other vehicles 21, 23 having a possibility of collision and approaching the vehicle 1. On the basis of the occurrence of incident of other vehicles 21, 23 having a possibility of collision and approaching the vehicle 1, a timing correction means learns a warning timing. Only when correction of the warning timing is actually needed, a warning part 8 automatically and properly corrects warning timing in a storage part 9 according to the characteristics of driving behavior of the driver of the vehicle 1.
