PURPOSE: A display device is provided to perform the side scan function of a display device in a BLU(Back light unit) mode in order to minimize a display device. CONSTITUTION: A display layer includes a plurality of transparent sensor integrating circuit. A transparent substrate is faced with the display layer and forms a plurality of transparent electrodes. A plurality of reflective electrodes is formed in the upper part with the combination of the transparent electrode. The semiconductor substrate and the protective cover are arranged between the transparent substrates. |
