<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element image group correction apparatus capable of correcting the deterioration in the resolution of an element image group for displaying a three-dimensional image caused by out of focus. <P>SOLUTION: The element image group correction apparatus is characterized in comprising: a point image intensity distribution function storage means 52 for storing in advance a plurality of point image intensity distribution functions of an element optical lens as to a plurality of out of focus amounts; an object distance calculation means 51 for calculating an object distance representing a distance from a principal point of the element optical lens to the object corresponding to each pixel of the element image group on the basis of the element image group imaged by an element image group imaging apparatus; and an object luminous intensity calculation means 53 that reads the point image intensity distribution functions corresponding to each pixel of the element image group from the point image intensity distribution function storage means 52 on the basis of the object distance, and calculates the luminous intensity at a position at which the object is imaged by the element optical lens in a focused state on the basis of the point image intensity distribution functions and information on the luminous intensity of each pixel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
