PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that there is the case that an item and a value may not be displayed at a time when browsing a table of size which cannot be accommodated within a screen.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus obtains image information including a plurality of table elements which are mutually partitioned, and performs the image recognition of an individual table element. The image processing apparatus generates feature quantity information defined beforehand based on the image of the part of the table element for each of the recognized table elements, and determines for each table element whether the table element is an item element or a value element based on the generated feature quantity information. The image processing apparatus selects one of the table elements determined to be the item element and one of the table elements determined to be the value element based on conditions defined beforehand, and displays a pair of the selected table elements. |
