PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly ban an operation by a driver while vehicle is moving and to appropriately improve convenience of operation by other occupants. SOLUTION: An operation device 10 of vehicular apparatus is equipped with: an operation part 21 for operating apparatus 10a for a vehicle; a control part 22 for banning operation of the operation part 21 during vehicle running; an electromagnetic wave generator 12 arranged on a seat other than a driver's seat of a vehicle; and an electromagnetic wave detection device 13 connected to the operation part 21 for detecting electromagnetic wave emitted to the operation part 21. The control part 22 cancels prohibition of operation of the operation part 21 when the electromagnetic wave detection device 13 detects electromagnetic wave outputted from the electromagnetic wave generator 12.
