PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable scanning of a wide range of area causing no blind spot without using a large-scaled device.SOLUTION: In a thin plane ultrasonic probe 101 which has a plurality of probe modules 102 and a probe module main controller 103 for controlling the plurality of probe modules, and which can be put to a human body without any gap between it and a human body, a plurality of probe modules 102 are placed at the appropriate positions so that there is no blind spot respectively, and a probe module main controller 103 controls a plurality of probe modules appropriately, so that a wide range of area can be scanned without a blind spot without needing the large-scaled device. |
