PURPOSE: A dual heat exchange shroud and a heat control system using the same are provided to easily control the temperature of a test body by supplying fluids different from each other to the heat exchange shroud and discharging the fluids from the heat exchange shroud to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A dual heat exchange shroud(10) comprises first and second circulation fluid supply pipes(11a,11b), multiple first and second guide pipes(14a,14b), and first and second circulation fluid discharge pipes(12a,12b). The first guide pipes are connected to the first circulation fluid supply pipe, and the second guide pipes are connected to the second circulation fluid supply pipe. The first and second circulation fluid discharge pipes are formed to be parallel with the first and second circulation fluid supply pipes and discharge circulation fluids different from each other to the outside.
