FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: formation method of cutting assembly to be used in drilling tool involves preparation of incompletely sintered rolling cutter housing, which contains solid particles and matrix material, placing at least of one cutting element on that incompletely sintered cutter housing and sintering of cutter housing till final density with fusion of at least one cutting element into it. Cutting assembly to be used in drilling tool includes at least one cutting element which has been sintered and which comprises and integral part of cutter housing; at that, the latter includes matrix-particles composite material with the first composition of material, and at least one cutting element includes matrix-particles composite material with the second material composition which differs from the first composition. ^ EFFECT: improving performance characteristics and durability of drilling tool; improving stability to abrasive wear. ^ 20 cl, 10 dwg |
