PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving storage stability of a prunus spp. extract in a prunus spp. extract-containing composition to keep its antioxidative potency, and to keep the good smell of the prunus spp. extract-containing composition. SOLUTION: The prunus spp. extract stabilizer includes a rose extract as an active ingredient. There are also provided a method of stabilizing a prunus spp. extract by adding the prunus spp. extract stabilizing agent to the composition containing the prunus spp. extract, and a prunus spp. extract-containing external skin care preparation composition in which the prunus spp. extract stabilizing agent is further added.
