The present invention relates to a watch-type wireless device which measures the sleep state of a wearer and guides the proper sleep time. Even in modern society in which the importance of health is emphasized, sleep is one of the most important things. However, most modern people do not get sufficient sleep. This partially causes diseases, and life does not become prosperous. Having adequate sleep is a very important component of good health, and a device which helps users obtain adequate amounts of sleep is necessary. The device displays the pulse and heart rate of a wearer, the current temperature, and the like. Human′s brain waves differ between sleep and wakefulness, and the brain waves have an influence on the heart and pulse rates. The device monitors the pulse and heart rate of a wearer in real time, and measures brain waves of the wearer. When it is determined that the wearer enters sufficiently deep sleep, the device calculates the proper sleep time from that time point, and automatically sets to sound an alarm at the time when the wearer can most comfortably wake up. In addition, the device displays a proper sleep temperature, for the wearer to refer. According to the present invention, the device guides the wearer in obtaining proper sleep time, helps the wearer relieve fatigue, has additional functions such as continuously measuring the wearer′s pulse and heart rate even when not sleeping, and helps the wearer enjoy a prosperous life. |
