PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure which inhibits a resin from entering into a case.SOLUTION: A mounting structure 100 includes: an electronic component 110 having multiple external terminals 111; a case 120 in which at least a bottom wall part 121 is formed by a flexible material that allows the multiple external terminals 111 to stick and penetrate therethrough, the case 120 which houses the electronic component 110 in a space enclosed by the bottom wall part 121 and a side wall part erected from the bottom wall part 121 with the multiple external terminals 111 sticking and penetrating through the bottom wall part 121; a substrate 130 which is electrically connected with the multiple external terminals 111 penetrating through the bottom wall part 121; and a resin layer 140 which covers the substrate 130 located around the case 120 and contacts with the case 120.
