<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of surely preventing the erroneous assemblage of a plurality of axially divided components of a long-sized agitator due to the erroneous order of the components. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 100 is equipped with a developing unit 2 including a developer container 22 for storing developer and the agitators 3, 4 and 5 rotatably supported in the developer container 22 so as to stir and carry the developer stored in the developer container 22. The stirring body 3 is constituted by connecting the plurality of axially divided components 31, 32 and 33. Regarding the components 31, 32 and 33, a shape corresponding to the connection end part of one adjacent component is formed at the connection end part of the other adjacent component, consequently, only one component having the connection end part formed in accordance with the connection end part of the other component can be connected to the components 31, 32, 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
