The present invention relates to a conductive polymer ink composition and a transparent electrode manufactured by using the same, wherein the composition comprises a poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulf onate) (PEDOT:PSS) aqueous dispersion, dimethyl sulfoxide, a solvent, a surfactant, and a phosphate compound represented by chemical formula 1. The use of the ink composition according to the present invention makes it possible to form a conductive polymer thin film which is excellent in jetting characteristics, coating ability or processability, such as spreadability on the substrate, transmittance, and conductivity. |
