<p>The invention relates to a cooking vessel (1) made from a sheet (3) of metal or light alloy dished, having a bottom (4) intended to be arranged horizontally on a hotplate, a burner or like, said base (4) comprising a plate (2) made of a metal or alloy having mechanical, thermal, different physical properties and especially higher elastic limit than the metal or alloy of the said sheet (3), said plate (2) comprising hook holes (5, 5a, 6, 7) and being embedded in said base (4) by a stamping operation so that the hook holes (5, 5a, 6, 7) are filled with material of the sheet (3), said hook holes (5, 5a, 6, 7) comprising an inner edge (50, 70) inclined at an angle of 10-60 DEG relative to a vertical line.
