<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior structure of a vehicle, into/from which an occupant sitting on a seat can be easily loaded/unloaded through a door opening.SOLUTION: An assist grip 42 is provided at an edge, on the rear side of a door opening 4, of a rear side lining 16 provided on a vehicle body side part within a cabin.
