<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic film which is excellent in conductivity at low humidities, water and solvent resistances, transparency and atmosphere exposure resistance and low-cost and has high productivity.SOLUTION: A coated film has an antistatic coating layer formed with a coating liquid comprising compounds (A), (B) and (C) on at least one side of a polyester film. (A): a polymer prepared by doping a compound consisting of thiophene or a thiophene derivative with another anion compound or a polymer which has an anion group in a compound consisting of thiophene or a thiophene derivative and is self-doped. (B): one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of glycerol (b1), polyglycerol (b2), alkylene oxide adducts of glycerol or polyglycerol (b3) and polyalkylene oxide (b4). (C): a polyurethane resin.</p> |
