The present invention relates to a clip type staple and, more specifically, relates to a clip type staple which prevents breaking of a document by minimizing a part where the document gets interfered when turning over a page, and prevents a user′s accident in prior by minimizing protrusion of a sharpened protruding part of a staple. The clip type staple comprises: a pair of extension member having a trapezoidal shape; an elastic part formed on an upper part of both ends of the extension member, wherein the cross section of the elastic part is round shaped; an ejection part formed in between the elastic part; and a fixing member formed on a lower part of the extension member. |
