PURPOSE:To enhance the system reliability and simplify the constitution, by eliminating the monitor device and the switching device. CONSTITUTION:Computers 1 and 2 can detect the state of each other through cable 25 in the first dual computer system 9; and when one of them which become the normal operation state first outputs data to computers 3 and 4 of the second dual computer system 10, only one of computers 3 and 4 which is in the normal operation state returns the response signal. Thus, connection between computers, which are in the normal operation state, in dual computer systems 9 and 10 is confirmed, and data can be inputted and outputted. Computers 3 and 4 can detect the state of each other through cable 26 in the second dual computer system 10, and connection of the second dual computer system 10 is confirmed by the same operation as the first dual computer system 9. |
