The present invention relates to a joint of a steel column and a steel beam using a full thread bolt capable of effectively delivering a load from the upper side with a simple method by fixing the full thread bolt to the joint of the steel column and the steel beam to penetrate through the steel column and the steel beam having an end joined to a joining plate and integrating the steel column and the steel beam with concrete and to a construction method thereof. The joint of the steel column and the steel beam using the full thread bolt is characterized by including the steel beam with a work hole; the joining plate joined to the end of the steel beam, adhering to the lateral surface of the steel column, and having an insertion hole and a third through-hole at positions corresponding to a joining hole and a first through-hole, respectively; the full thread bolt joined through the first through-hole, a second through-hole, and a third through-hole and having one end fixated to the outer lateral surface of the second through-hole by a nut and the other end positioned inside the steel beam and fixated to the joining plate by a nut through the inner lateral surface of the third through-hole; and concrete filling the inside of the steel column and the steel beam. |
