PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque fastening management system and a torque fastening management method capable of reducing fastening failure of a bolt or the like, and improving efficiency in creation and management of a work record.SOLUTION: A torque fastening management system 10 comprises: a working tool 40 having a limit switch 42 capable of transmitting a fastening completion signal which has reached a torque setting value when first and second bolts are fastened, and a measurement terminal 44 capable of measuring azimuth angles of the first and second bolts and acceleration when moving from the first bolt to the second bolt; and a working terminal 20 which is electrically connected to the working tool 40, identifies a distance and a positional relation between the first and second bolts on the basis of the acceleration and the azimuth angels, and can display the positional relation of the first and second bolts and the fastening completion signal on a display screen.
