PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a higher inductance value and a higher Q value with a fixed occupancy area by enhancing mounting efficiency of an inductor.SOLUTION: A planar inductor having a spiral-shape formed on each metal wiring layer includes: inductors L2 to L7 each of which is formed on a metal wiring layer having the thickness of Ta and the number of turns of which is Na; and an inductor Lc which is formed on a metal wiring layer having the thickness Tc larger than Ta and the number of turns of which is larger than Na.
