PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material in which the hydrophilic property thereof is sustained for a long period of time.SOLUTION: An aluminum fin material 1 comprises a surface treatment layer 3 composed of an inorganic/organic composite compound, an anticorrosion film layer 4, and a hydrophilic film layer 5 on an aluminum or aluminum-alloy plate material 2 in this order. The anticorrosion film layer 4 is composed of a resin composition including an anticorrosion resin consisting of a resin having an acrylic resin structure. The hydrophilic film layer 5 is composed of a resin composition including at least one of a monomer having one or more functional groups selected from a sulfonic acid group and an alkali metal base of sulfonic acid, a polymer consisting of only the monomer, and a copolymer containing the monomer. In addition, a contact angle with water is 30 degrees or less and a surface area ratio is 5% or less right after the formation of the hydrophilic film layer 5. |
