PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blender where a mixture having a predetermined concentration can be obtained and then yield can be improved by surely suppressing the waste amount of a raw material.SOLUTION: A blender 20 mixing a syrup and water comprises: a syrup tank 21 receiving and storing the syrup; a water tank 22 receiving and storing water; a mixing tank 25 where a liquid discharged from the syrup tank 21 and a liquid discharged from the water tank 22 are mixed; a second brix meter 32 detecting the concentration of the liquid in the syrup tank 21; a reception selector valve 17 switching the receiving or stopping of the liquid to the syrup tank 21 through an introduction passage 13 introducing the syrup into the syrup tank 21; and a discharge selector valve 27 switching the storing or discharge of the liquid in the syrup tank 21.
