Provided is a compact reciprocating compressor with improved reliability and a device equipped with such compressor. The present invention is a reciprocating compressor provided with a magnetic pole that comprises two magnetic pole teeth opposing one another vertically with a space therebetween, the compressor being characterized in that the magnetic pole can be divided into a first magnetic pole member and a second magnetic pole member each of which has one magnetic pole tooth, and in that the magnetic pole has a first securing member which is positioned in the anteroposterior direction of the first magnetic pole member and the second magnetic pole member and which secures the first magnetic pole member and the second magnetic pole member in the anteroposterior direction, and a second securing member which is positioned in the anteroposterior direction of the magnetic pole and which secures the magnetic pole in the vertical direction. |
