The invention can be used for preparing blisks, primarily for rotors of gas turbine engines. A tool turret (2) of a blisk disk (4) rotation assembly is configured to be replaceable and is installed by means of a bushing in a replaceable housing (10) which is mounted on a foundation (1), along the flank and bearing surfaces thereof, with the help of guide pins (13). A bearing surface of the housing (10) is configured with angles of inclination relative to the horizontal plane, providing for a set direction of the welding force of a welding machine. A stationary clamp (9) is installed on the upper surface of a base (3) in order to prevent a blisk disk (4) from rotating relative to the base (3). The base (3) is capable of rotating by a fixed angle during a change in position for the successive welding of blades to the blisk disk (4). Installed in the housing is a hydraulic drive (8) capable of transmitting force for clamping and holding the blisk disk (4) and for raising the base (3) during a change in position of the blisk disk (4) for the welding of each successive blade. The tool turret (2) contains a rod (6) with a threaded connection on the end portion thereof, which acts as the puller of the hydraulic drive (8). Openings (15) are provided in the base (3) of the tool turret (2) in accordance with the number of blades to be welded, in order to engage with a movable clamp (16) which is accommodated such as to be capable of axial movement within an opening in a bushing (17). The device enables a reduction in the labor-intensity of preparing blisks of varying types and sizes by means of using replaceable elements for securing the disks.
