<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracelet type paddle which can increase propulsion power acquired by paddling water and minimizes muscle fatigue without applying an excessive load to a wrist.SOLUTION: The bracelet type paddle is configured by combining paddle pieces 12, 13 for paddling water with means 14 for wearing the paddle pieces 12, 13 on a forearm part, the wearing means 14 is attached to the forearm part to constitute a portion of a bracelet, the paddle pieces 12, 13 have at least one paddle piece 12 and/or 13, and have a shape and a structure such that the paddle pieces 12, 13 approach the forearm part when closed and separate from the forearm part to exert required hydraulic performance when opened. In addition, the paddle pieces 12, 13 are pivoted rotatably by bearing parts 16, 17 to locations such that the paddle pieces tend to open when moving an arm from forward to backward, and conversely, tend to close when moving the arm from backward to forward.</p> |
