<p>The present invention provides a capacity prediction device capable of reliably predicting capacity such as electric power consumption and so on, a capacity prediction method, and a capacity prediction program. The capacity prediction device comprises: an obtaining part (12) used for obtaining real data containing time series of capacity becoming a prediction object; a receiving part (11) used for receiving prediction data of time series of meteorological factors; and an operating part (13) used for calculating a predicted value of the electric power consumption during a prediction object process by substituting the prediction data into a regression formula which takes factors representing meteorological states and the electric power consumption as variables, and changing a coefficient of the regression formula, so as to enable a deviation between capacity belonging to the prior real data having the same mode with the predicted value in the real data which can be registered in advance according to the mode of dividing based on the day of the week and the predicted value to be the minimum.</p> |
