PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like product which is suitably used when performing polishing processing and/or cleaning processing of the finishing of a magnetic recording disc in particular, by extremely minutely arranging ultra fine fibers of nano-fiber level, and to provide a manufacturing method of the sheet-like product.SOLUTION: A sheet-like product is composed of a fiber-entangled body essentially comprising ultrafine fiber of which the average single fiber diameter is 450 nm or less and an elastic polymer. Therein, at least one side surface is formed as a fiber raised surface comprising ultrafine fiber and is covered with the ultrafine fibers and a line density in the transverse direction of fibers aligned in the longitudinal direction on the fiber raised surface is 15 lines/10 μm width or more. |
