<p>The invention relates to a method for producing electronic units, in particular semi-conductor components, which enable semi-conductor components to be produced in mass and in an economical manner, independently from the used material for the electrically conductive and semi-conductive layers and guarantees a high regularity and a small structural size of the produced semi-conductor. The invention also relates to a starting structure which is used as a semi-finished product and which is particularly suitable for use in the inventive method. The invention further relates to cut surfaces which are arranged in a perpendicular manner in relation to the surface of a multi-layered starting structure, which are produced in the stamping step and which are to be used as functional surfaces for the construction of a semi-conductor component, in particular a TFT-transistor.</p> |
