<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable data processor and a variable data processing system capable of restoring variable data even if the variable data dissipates at its storage. <P>SOLUTION: At a variable data processor 1 for printing a variable data 5 created with a PC 2, a form for the variable data 5 is stored in a memory 20. A two-dimensional code is formed from the variable data 5. Data are generated at a variable data processing part 10 by compounding of the two-dimensional code, the form acquired from the memory 20, and the variable data 5. The compounded data are developed into a printable bitmap data by a PDL (Page Description Language) interpreter 40, and printed by a printer 51 based on the developed data.
