MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIGHT TRANSMISSIVE MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a light transmissive member capable of uniformly embedding an optical fiber and capable of corresponding even to an optical fiber low in flexibility. SOLUTION: A plurality of optical fibers 20 arranged almost in parallel to each other are fixed by plain weave processing using a fibrous fixing member to form an optical fiber unit 30 and this optical fiber unit 30 is installed in a form 40. Next, concrete is cast in the form 40 up to a degree embedding the optical fiber unit 30 and cured to form a concrete layer 11. This process is repeated to form a laminated block 100 wherein the concrete layers 11 are laminated.
