PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double floor structure dissolving the breakage of a power supply line of a planar heating element and preventing the degradation of floor impulsive sound insulation performance to a lower floor. SOLUTION: In this double floor structure, a plurality of leg bodies 2 are arranged at spaces on a floor slab 1, and a plurality of lower plates 3 are placed on the leg bodies 2. Upper plates 5 are juxtaposed on the plurality of lower plates to form a floor backing 6, and the planar heating element 7 is provided at a part on the floor backing. A floor finishing material is provided on the planar heating element 7 and the floor backing, and a power supply line 9 of the planar heating element is led out beneath the floor backing from a power supply line lead-out hole 12 formed in the floor backing. A storage part of the power supply line from the planar heating element to the power supply line lead-out hole is formed of a groove 20 provided at the upper plate and open upward while being closed at the lower part.
