PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus for mounting pellet which facilitates stable pellet mounting by providing a lead from fixing mechanism which fixes and holds the pellet mounting part of the lead frame on a lead frame table against the tensile force applied to the pellet mounting part. CONSTITUTION:After a lead frame 1 is fed to a coating position, a magnet 9 provided in a lead frame table 8 is turned ON and the island 2 of the lead frame 1 is attracted and fixed on the lead frame table 8 by the magnetic force. As the island 2 itself is fixed at that time, even if the pressed depth of the island 2 is varied, the island 2 can be fixed while being kept flat. Then the island 2 is coated with silver paste 4 by a silver paste stamp 3 and the silver paste stamp 3 is ascended. As the island 2 itself is attracted and fixed, even if the island supporting parts of the lead frame 1 are thin, the lead frame 1 is not deformed. |
