PURPOSE:To accomplish a sorter device which can prevent refeed of paper when abnormality occurs and failures in a stapler means and a straightening means by providing a control means generating a signal interrupting the ejection of paper to a device main body when abnormalities are detected in the straightening means and the stapler means. CONSTITUTION:While utilizing a RAM 602 through the use of a ROM 601 in which programs are written, a control system controls each load through different types of drivers 608, 611, 615, 616 and 617, a phase signal generating part 614, and an SSR 609 with the aid of signals output from an I/O port 603 and a CTC 604, on receiving signals input from a sensor switch SW group to which signals from input systems are input from an I/O port 606 via a multiplexer 607. This control system exchanges status and indication signals with a copying machine through a receiver 612 and a driver 613 with the aid of a UART 605. Signals sent to the copying machine from a sorter and a stapler include eject and abnormal signals. |
