Conical joints grinder which performs an operation of mutual grinding-in of two elements of a joint, particularly of a valve seat and a valve head, characterized by the fact that a support structure (7) is hinged on a column with a screwed part (2a), and on one side of the column (2) an electric motor and a counterweight (11) with controllable load is fixed to the support structure, while at the other side of the column a head (12) is fixed to the support structure (7) which is a rotational-reverse movement mechanism driven by an electric motor (10) through a reduction belt drive (8) and a reduction gear (9) which has a belt pulley (9b), which is fixed on a driving shaft (13) which is rotationally set in the body (14) of the head (12). On the driving shaft (13) a bevel gear (15) with a section of toothing (15a) and a bevel gear (16) with a section of toothing are set, and their sections of toothing are alternatively geared with a bevel gear (21) of a driven shaft (22), which is set in a cover (27) fixed to the body (14) by means of screws (31) and springs (32). The hinged suspension of the support structure (7) is realized by a nut (3), a sleeve (4), a holder (5) and a shaft, whereas on the shaft (6) the belt pulley (8a) of the reduction belt drive (8) and the belt pulley of the reduction belt drive (9) are set...<IMAGE>
