<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thermal conductivity between a case for housing at least a drive part used for driving a motor and a power module, and a cooling device for cooling the case and power module. <P>SOLUTION: The automobile includes a case body 42 and a cooling medium flow passage 50, wherein joined surfaces respectively formed in concave-convex shapes are closely attached in a mutually meshed state. Thus, surface areas of the joined surfaces 54 increase, and variations in distances between the case body 42 and power module, and the cooling medium flow passage 50 depending on parts of the joined surfaces 54 are suppressed.
