<p>PURPOSE:To enable obtaining of an antigenic specific human type monoclonal antibody and further provide a simple method for measuring immunological activity by establishing an extracorporeal immunological method for specifically and efficiently immunizing lymphocytes with an antigen. CONSTITUTION:Lymphocytes are reacted with an antigen in a culture solution containing an adjuvant substance and lymphokine without containing a polyclonal activating substance to antigenically and specifically immunize the lymphocytes, which, as necessary, are immortalized. Various substances are then added into the aforementioned culture solution and culture is carried out to measure the immunological activity. Thereby, effects of the various substances on the immunity are examined.</p> |
