A method for offering a customized advertisement to a mobile communication terminal of a user through a wireless network and an apparatus thereof are provided to mix the customized advertisement with contents requested by the user and then transmit the mixed result. By using a search result of a user information database, an advertisement contents server searches advertisement contents to be provided to a user from an advertisement database(S206). A streaming server inserts advertisement contents provided from the advertisement contents server into a predetermined point of the user-requested contents provided from a user request contents server(S208), and then transmits the mixed contents to a mobile communication terminal of the user via through a wireless network(S210).
