<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly assist safe alighting, when arriving at an object station, by transmitting position information and the object station of oneself in a train to a railroad company by using a portable terminal possessed by a user. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal is carried by the user desiring alighting assisting service. A receiver is installed in the vicinity of a boarding-alighting port of respective vehicles of the train, and detects the user terminal. A receiver discriminating device communicates with the receiver when the receiver detects the user terminal, and recognizes a location position of the receiver. A railroad company server receives a notice of the location position of the receiver from the receiver discriminating device, and accepts an provide of the alighting assisting service from the user terminal, and grasps an alighting station of the user.
