An apparatus and a method for converting a document into a time domain and displaying the document are provided to set an image obtaining device according to an inputted image based on knowledge of an expert obtaining the image. An expert knowledge based image obtaining device(100) comprises a storage(130), an image classification part(140), a parameter extraction part(150), and a controller(170). The storage stores a key image and a parameter. The key image represents a plurality of image acquisition environments. The parameter corresponds to the key image. The image classification part classifies an input image. The image classification part selects the key image, corresponding to the classification result, from the storage. The parameter extraction part extracts the parameter, corresponding to the selected key image, from the storage. The controller controls a device for obtaining an image according to the extracted parameter.
