METHOD FOR PURIFICATION OF RESVERATROL FROM EXTRACT OF GRAPE TWIG

A purification method of resveratrol is provided to purify resveratrol of the high concentration and the high purity to become the purity more than 99 % for maximizing the effect of resveratrol while not degrading the aptitude of target food. A method for purifying resveratrol from extract of grape twig with high purity comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining the fractions by fractionizing the extract of grape twig containing resveratrol with ethylacetate; (b) adsorbing the fractions to the silica gel and drying them; and (c) after the drying eluting the resveratrol which is absorbed while spilling elute solvent consisting of n-hexane and ethylacetate, to the silica gel.
