PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise eliminating device capable of preventing the occurrence of unnatural artifacts by performing coring processing with a plurality of coring widths set up, considering the correlation between color signals, when performing coring processing on color signals. SOLUTION: The noise eliminating device includes a discomposing unit 109 for discomposing a video signal into two or more band signals, a parameter setting unit 107 for setting a plurality of coring ranges for every one or more band signals, and a coring unit 108 for performing coring processing on each band signal based on the plurality of coring ranges.
