The device has transfer units transferring a part of mechanical energy of a propulsive unit i.e. turboprop engine (4d), away from the propulsive unit. Electric generators (23d, 23g) i.e. integrated drive generators, convert mechanical energy into electric power. The turboprop engine is placed at a back position of a fuselage i.e. airplane. Mutualization units permit mutualization of the electric generators by returning each of mutualized generators to be supplied with energy by the engine, where the mutualization units comprise a mechanical clutch (33).
