<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making a dental surgical template capable of securely adapting implanting plan data to the template. <P>SOLUTION: The method of making the dental surgical template includes steps of: establishing implant planning data, producing digital plaster model data of the patient's oral cavity, allowing the implant planning data to introduce the digital plaster model data, integrating the digital plaster model data with the implant planning data to obtain digital processing data, holding and processing a modeling material block at a prescribed processing position based on the digital processing data to form a solid jaw/teeth model corresponding to the patient's jaw/teeth, mounting a positioning means, and producing a negative template body from an assembly of the solid jaw/teeth model by mounting the positioning means using a thermoplastic dental material by a molding mold process or a vacuum forming process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
