The device has PVC modules (1, 11) serially placed, inflated and closed by a high frequency weld or reunited on lateral parts by bases screwed into holes of the perpendicular modules. Ends (2) of the modules in a form of tubes are welded using the high frequency weld. The inflated modules are connected by a flexible strip (13) passing through metallic eyelets (3) fixed at a level of PVC sheets, where sealing of the modules is assured by a nut that is screwed on a washer of the bases.
