PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat accumulator immediately discharging high-temperature cooling water. SOLUTION: A movable diaphragm 13 dividing the inside of a tank 11 into a first chamber 30 and a second chamber 31 is provided in the tank 11, and an abutting portion 32 abutting on the inner wall of the tank 11 in a narrower clearance than the case that cooling water is stored when hot water is stored in the tank 11 is provided on the periphery of the movable diaphragm 13. When the high-temperature cooling water is stored in the tank 11, the abutting portion 32 abuts on the inner wall of the tank 11.
