The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multilayered lamellar liquid crystal emulsion containing intracellular lipids comprising the following steps: a) a step for preparing an oil phase by mixing the intercellular lipids, non-POE-based nonionic detergents, high grade fatty alcohol, oil, and wax and dissolving with heat; b) a step for a water phase by mixing water, polyol, and other water phase components and dissolving with heat; c) a step for adding the oil phase to the water phase and then stirring; d) a step for putting viscosity controlling agents into a mixed solution while stirring; (e) a step for rapidly cooling the mixed solution while defoaming in a vacuum; and f) a step for filtering the mixed solution with a filter or a filter cloth. According to the present invention, a stable liquid crystal emulsion containing the oil phase consisting of the intercellular lipids, the non-POE-based nonionic detergents, high grade fatty alcohol, oil, and wax and the water phase consisting of water, polyol, and other water phase components and having a multilayered lamellar structure comprising a plenty of the intracellular lipids through a process using rapid cooling method can be manufactured. |
